Michael Breeze, Managing Principal
Mike believes that financing is not just about getting a loan. Instead, it is an instrument that must be integrated into your personal financial plan. His goal is to help you create a strategy that adds value to your portfolio and builds wealth for your family.
Mike enjoys working with his clients and feels a personal fulfillment from helping others achieve their real estate goal. He has spent many years helping clients fulfill their visions in building wealth for their family, and looks forward to many more years of doing so.
Mike is known for his persistence, and applies his “can-do” style into finding solutions for his clients. Over the years Mike has developed quite a reputation for getting the job done. When people work with Mike in acquiring or re-structuring finances of their property, they receive the benefit of his extensive experience and feel reassured by his constant availability and sincere support.
Mike’s business acumen is diverse. Over the years, he has focused his energies on creating new products to solve a variety of customer challenges. He has spent much of his time building relationships and has a knack for linking the right resources and people. Over the years, Mike has participated in developing several software businesses, pet businesses, and real estate ventures.
All of this experience enables Mike to provide added value to any business transaction because of his unique business perspective.
Mike enjoys serving the community and making a difference. He is an Elder at Media Presbyterian Church, is active on the Fox School of Business Alumni Board of Directors, and a member of the Small Business Committee at the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce.
He holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Operations Research from Temple University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from LaSalle University.
Mike lives in Media, PA with his wife Lauren, their daughter Chloe, and the family dog, Riggs. The Breezes’ are avid dog lovers and support the Animal Rescue Foundation of Southeastern Pennsylvania (ARF). Jamie Atlig, Principal
Jamie is deeply committed to his role in helping our clients integrate the loan they select into their overall financial and investment plan to help minimize taxes, improve cash flow, and minimize interest expense.
Jamie’s ability to recognize opportunities for his clients and then execute and close transactions on time, is second to none. Jamie is known for spending lots of time with clients to truly understand where their current and future real estate needs.
Over the years, Jamie has acquired several commercial properties. He understands first-hand the challenges associated with structuring real estate transactions, and leverages his expertise to the ultimate benefit for his clients
Jamie’s wealth of knowledge carries over to the entrepreneurial field as well. He has helped hundreds of small businesses solve problems in starting up and keeping on-going operations running smoothly. Over the years, he has participated in the development of a chain of video stores, karate schools, and technology companies
Jamie holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics from Rider University. He was born and raised in the Delaware Valley and currently resides in Pennsville, NJ.
